: Prevent dislocation

- HOB 60도↓ 6~7day, 퇴원 후 90도↓ 2~3month

- X adduction(내전) , abduction : pillow(between leg)

- X cross, twist

- raised toilet seat

- X external, internal rotation(발목 좌우 X)

- reclining wheel chair

- position during sex(depent position : Pt)

- drive X ~6wk

- anticoagulant(Heparin, enoxaparin / warparin : at home)

- supine or unaffected side lying(between leg, pillow)
