Intubation tube 환자 suction tip culture 검사

 

우선 환자의 상태를 구분한다

 

- Intubation tube 상태

- Intubation tube 상태 + ventilator(인공호흡기)

 

<Intubation 상태>

[준비물]

: Sputum washing bottle(specimen trap)

Suction catheter (딱딱/PVC) 1개, 앰플 생리식염수, 멸균장갑

 

[검사 방법]

1. 충분히 chest percussion함

2. Suction catheter 멸균되게 까놓기, Specimen trap 멸균되게 까놓기, 생리식염수 까기

3. 멸균 장갑 끼고 Suction tip & Specimen Trap & Suction 통 line 연결

4. Intubation tube 입구 빼고 suction함

5. suction 되면 생리식염수 washing(가능한 최소량)

6. suction tip & suction통 line 빼고 specimen trap 정리하기

 

<Intubation 상태 + ventilator>

 

[준비물 및 검사 방법] 동일함(4번 intubation tube에서 ventilator disconnect만 다름)

다만 ventilator disconnect(뺄 경우)시 알람이 엄청 울리니 빠르게 검사를 진행하자

 

P.S. Suction tip 검사 시 SpO2 monitoring를 주시하면서 검사하도록 하자!

(검사하는 동안 환자는 숨을 못 쉬고 있다는 것을!! 인지하면서 검사하자!!)
