: armynavy, suction tip 8Fr/12Fr, 추(2kg, 4kg), bipolar, bovie, rongeur(중), freer, towel clip 2개 or 4개, lami set, STN, NS drill, burr hole, 50cc syringe(2), 18G irrigation용 needle, spoid, tap(10장), spinal gauze, cotton paper, bone wax, surgicel, surgidrap, marking pen, gelfoam, 10cc syringe(lidocaine 9cc +치과용 lidocaine 1cc), blade 10번, 15번

<수술 순서>
1.draping하기 전 알콜솜, 23G needle, mosquito로 lumbar에 자리 매김
C-arm or potable 보면서 찍음
2. draping 후 gauze로 닦고 그림 그리고 surgi drap 붙이고 dry tap 하나 드림
3. local injection함
4. 10번 mess incision
5. Adson tissue forcep, bovie로 cutting함,periosteal 사용함, army navy retractor사용(potable, op site 확인함)

6. rongeur로 muscle 조금 뜯어내고 lami set의 트레일러 retractor사용함, STN 위/아래 구멍내서 전달함(circulating이 추 걸어줌)
7. burr hole 사용함(irrigation syringe), rongeur, punch, pituitary forcep으로 lamina, ligament 절제함
8. 수핵이 보일때까지 반복함
9. 15번 mess로 ligament 절제함
10. pituitary forcep(straight, up, down)사용함
수핵절제함(specimen 모아 놓음)
bleeding control용(cotton paper, gelfoam, surgicel, bonewax 준비해둠

11. irrigation(spoid)
12. bleeding control
13. vicryl 0 suture
14. subcutaneous dexon 2/0 suture
15. skin nylon 3/0 suture함
16. fix roll dressing 고정함
