대퇴골 골절

Set : OS set
Drape : general spine pack, 중포, utility drape
Single 
: suction line, bovie, spoid, mallet, 무영등 손잡이, 4x4G(4), 4x8G(1), Tab(1), Fixroll(2), 6’CB(2), 6’EB(3), 10번 blade(2)

Drape
: utility 4장 붙이고 op site 다리 medium drpae 으로 덮고 감고 반대쪽 다리 중포로 덮고 대공으로 붙임
(C-arm 위로 돌아서 C-arm포 2개 다 씌우기)

Procedure)
- freer로 위치 잡음
(Drape 전 미리 펜으로 그려놓음)
- 10번 mess - second 10번 mess - kelly(army로 견인함)
- awl + Mallet
- ball guide pin + handle(작은 부분이 앞 쪽으로 가게 함)
- protector(inner) + first reamer

- Nail + body + mallet
- lag screw Sleeve + 10번 mess - kelly - sleeve inner 빼고 guide pin(mayo상 길이정도, drill 점3개 물림) 
- sleeve 빼고 다른 guide pin 으로 길이 real 대봐서 확인함(주로 85,90,95중 사용함)
- lag reamer(길이 조정 필요 없음 C-arm 보면서 들어감)

- 뒤에 꼬랑지 있는 pin으로 가이드 핀 빠지지 않게 드릴 뒤로 밀어줌
- lag screw 모양 맞춰서 끼우고 고정 후 L자로 마저 고정 후 전달함
- 날개피는 driver + Fix cap 물려서 driver 전달함
- L자 주고 distal용 body 연결함
- distal sleeve - 10번 mess - kelly - drill bit - 5.0 distal screw(T handle driver)
- flexible driver로 body 빼고 나옴
- Vy 2번 suture - AteloQ- Vy 1번 subQ - protescal & wound clot? - skin stapelr W H2O2 gauze exofin 4x8 gauze - fixroll 6CB - 6’EB hip spica splint - Rasset
