subdural hematoma operation procedure

: mosquito(5), army navy, spoid, 무영등 손잡이, suction tip(12Fr), suction tube, bovie, bipolar, drill(perforator), bone wax, cotton paper, gelfoam, EVD set, 50cc syringe(2), Mess 10번, mess 15번, 4'EB, Tap(대-1), 4x4 Gauze, Dexon 2/0, Nylon 3/0, silk roll 5번, 10cc syringe

<수술과정>
1.draping시 중포, 소포만 사용함
(dry tap, suction tip 12Fr 사용함
2.Mess 10번 incision, mosquito로 bleeding point clamp (7~8개)
3.periosteal로 박리함
4.drill perforator로 뚫음(spoid로 bone 타지 않게 물 뿌려줌)
5.suction tip 8Fr로 변경함, freer로 bone wax 묻혀서 전달하면 bleeding point 잡음, 50cc syringe 조금씩 사용함

6.Mess 15번으로 Dura incision, cotton paper, gelfoam1.5x1.5cm
7.EVD set(line은 Saline에 담가놓기), 맨 끝(bag) clamp함, EVD line(wire끼워서) 삽입함, Troca로 옆에 뚫기
8.line connect 끼우고 10cc syringe(saline 채워서) regurge함
9. EVD 조립함
10. Dexon 2/0 suture
11. skin Nylon 3/0 suture & EVD tagging함
12. gauze Y, EB로 감음
